Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hii77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to hii77.io, the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://hii77.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "You" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who registers an account on hii77, accesses the Platform, or places a wager or bet of any kind.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on hii77, identified by a unique username and linked to a verified identity and payment method.
• "BDT" / "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all hii77 transactions are denominated.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all hii77 Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or card payment, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on hii77, clicking any "I Agree" or similar confirmation button, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hii77. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any service offered on the hii77 platform.

hii77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Eligibility

• Personal Account: You must be registering a personal account for your own private use only. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• Truthful Information: All registration information provided to hii77 must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

hii77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by hii77 may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is entitled to hold one and only one registered account on hii77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Where hii77 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, hii77 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts;
• Void all bets and wagers placed from duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all Bonus Funds across all identified accounts;
• Withhold Real Money Funds pending anti-fraud investigation;
• Report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details linked to your hii77 account — including your registered mobile number and email address — remain current and accessible. hii77 is not liable for delays or failures in communication resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hii77 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted on the hii77 platform through your account credentials — whether by you or any other party who gains access using your details — is deemed to have been authorised by you and is your responsibility. hii77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your hii77 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account Security settings;
2. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if not already active;
3. Contact hii77 support immediately at [email protected] with full details of the suspected unauthorised access.

hii77 will never ask you for your account password via email, SMS, social media, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to hii77 support immediately.

KYC Identity Verification

hii77 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC verification must be completed before hii77 will process any withdrawal request from your account, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your current residential address, no more than three months old (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);

All deposits and withdrawals on hii77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hii77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following table summarises the key parameters governing financial transactions on hii77:

hii77 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer fees may be applied by the receiving financial institution; hii77 is not responsible for third-party banking charges.

hii77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures and temporarily delay processing of withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000 per transaction or ৳5,00,000 per calendar month pending anti-money-laundering review. Players will be notified of any such delay and the estimated resolution timeline.

Withdrawal requests to a payment method other than that used for the original deposit may require additional verification. hii77 may refuse to process withdrawals to third-party accounts — all payments will be made to the verified account holder only.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on hii77 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of conflict between general and specific rules, sport-specific or game-specific rules prevail.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by hii77's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to your account. No confirmation means no valid bet.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your hii77 account balance is insufficient to cover the stake at the time of placement.
• Errors and Palpable Errors: hii77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — including pricing errors, data feed failures, and human input mistakes. A "palpable error" is one that any reasonable person would recognise as obviously incorrect at the time of placement.
• Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on hii77, you must submit a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event's completion. Disputes submitted after this window cannot be investigated.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: hii77 publishes minimum and maximum stake limits for each market. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and account status. hii77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at its discretion.
• Void Bets: Bets that are voided for any reason — including event cancellation, market suspension, or palpable error — will result in the return of the original stake to your hii77 account.

hii77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion where it reasonably suspects betting irregularities, fraud, or manipulation of an event outcome.

Bonuses and Promotions

hii77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail over these general bonus terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Accounts found attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 4.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hii77 and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information to hii77;
• Creating more than one account on hii77 for any purpose;
• Registering or using hii77 while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with hii77's systems in any manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other Players to exploit betting markets, casino games, or promotional offers on hii77;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting — i.e., placing bets using information not available to the general public;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through hii77's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on hii77 for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hii77's customer support staff or other members of the hii77 community;
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account under any identity.

hii77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities, financial intelligence units, and sports integrity bodies in Bangladesh and internationally where prohibited conduct is identified on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hii77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, photographs, data, audio-visual content, and game content supplied by third-party game providers — is the intellectual property of hii77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hii77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any hii77 content;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from hii77's software or systems;
• Use hii77's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent.

hii77 reserves the right to proactively restrict or close accounts where it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, even in the absence of a Player's own request, in accordance with its duty of care obligations. Account Suspension and Closure

hii77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity information;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity;
• Suspected match-fixing or exploitation of insider information;
• Abusive behaviour towards hii77 staff;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Account belonging to a person under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, hii77 will aim to resolve the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the Player. Where suspension follows confirmed fraud or terms breach, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned subject to anti-money-laundering review and applicable legal requirements.

You may request the voluntary closure of your hii77 account at any time by contacting hii77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC review.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hii77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of access to the Platform — arising out of or in connection with your use of hii77's services.

hii77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you to your hii77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hii77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from temporary disruptions resulting from maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions. hii77 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hii77's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by hii77's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hii77; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

hii77 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a prominently displayed notice on the hii77 platform and/or by email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Where changes are required urgently — for example, to address a security vulnerability, to comply with a new legal requirement, or to correct a factual error — hii77 may implement changes immediately without advance notice.

The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to any particular bet or transaction is the version that was current at the time that bet or transaction was placed.
